Swift Trails is delighted to announce that following the Scottish Government’s statement of June 18th, we will be resuming guiding from Friday 3rd July. We are still waiting for the trails to reopen at Glentress Forest but have also provisionally scheduled our Absolute Beginners! and Novice MTB courses for the weekend of July 18th.
In line with guidance from Scottish Cycling, coaching and guiding can take place with up to 7 members from no more than 2 households as long as physical distancing can be maintained. From Friday 3rd July we can also travel further than 5 miles so a trip down to the Tweed Valley is now possible!
We are still waiting further guidance regarding children’s cycling activities but hoping we can factor in some Wheeled Wildlings! and Girls School of Rock before the kids return to school in August.
As we ease ourselves into this new way of operating, we will be working with small groups of no more than 6 people (from 2 households) so if you would like to book a guided ride or a skills session, please do get in contact or book directly at swift-trails.co.uk
Please be assured that if Swift Trails activities need to be cancelled as a result of further restrictions, we will provide full refunds or a postponement to a future date.
Swift Trails looks forward to welcoming you back to the Tweed Valley for some fun times back on the bikes!
