Our half day Intro to MTB course is designed for women riders new to mountain biking and those returning to biking after a break.The coaching sessions are appropriate for riders at a beginner to intermediate level and are designed to build confidence in a social and relaxed setting.

The three hour course focuses on developing core biking techniques in the skills area and on sections of the Green and Blue trails around the Buzzards Nest area.

Maximum of 6 places per course.
