Hey Ladies! If you feel you have already gone into hibernation mode during this wintery weather, consider joining our Winter Warrior fitness programme in February and combat the winter Blah’s. 

The four week MTB programme will focus on keeping our motors running so we can be in great shape when spring arrives and the daffodils start blooming!

The programme will consists of 4 2xhour sessions designed to improve fitness and develop core mountain bike techniques in a social and relaxed setting. 

Maximum of 8 places per course.
