A Pentlands Adventure - Its hard to believe this route is only a few miles from the centre of a capital city but the Pentlands, just outside Edinburgh is a great playground for the MTB-er with plenty of routes that wouldn't feel out of place in a remote wilderness further north. This circular route takes in Glencorse, Loganlea and Threipmuir Reservoirs following trails across open moorland. There is some gentle climbing but unless we are unfortunate enough to be riding into a strong head-wind, this ride should feel like a mere pootle!
